Decralite SDL - Simulated Divided Lite
The Decralite SDL grid is a one-piece decorative window or door grill manufactured to snap in, glue on or tape in place onto the exterior glazed surfaces of a window or door. Decralite SDL may be used in conjunction with GBG bars to give the appearance of a TDL - true divided lite window or may be used in any combination of our product offerings to give the desired aesthetic appearance at your required economical level.

SDL Profiles
These decorative grids are designed to work with your particular window configuration-double hung horizontal and vertical lite patterns or any architectural shape and they come in various material depths, widths, and profiles. The standard widths of grids for any profile are 7/8", 1" and 1 ¼".
Three Installation Methods
Decralite Grids Systems offers the fenestration industry the most complete and flexible connection methods for applying SDL. These include tapes, silicone, and "snap-in" connectors.

Tapes: Decralite Grid Systems is pleased to have established excellent relationships with the industry's leading tape Manufacturers. These include Adco, 3M, Adchem and Adhesives Research. Decralite SDL has been thoroughly tested by these manufacturers and each of their products are available in Salisbury, NC for inclusion onto your window system grids.

"Snap-In"/Removable Grids: Decralite is pleased to introduce a revolutionary "snap-in" product for the industry. Homeowners have for years received "snap-in" products which simply do not last. Decralite's durable one-piece construction can now be combined with hook-and-loop technology to create removable grid that will stand the test of time.

Silicone: Decralite Grid Systems recommends Dow Corning 1199 silicone sealant for this application. Testing reports are available upon request.

Because of the sheer number of silicones available, substitutions to the Dow Corning 1199 product will void any warranties provided by Custom Glass Products or Decralite Grid Systems.
